As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Web Application Developer to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Web Application Developer to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our database applications that supports our mission. As a part of our collaborative team, you will work alongside experienced software developers and senior-level professionals, gaining valuable experience and making a meaningful impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

          * Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain web applications.
          * Understand the differences between Visual Studio Code / Github / Azure Dev Ops / AWS
          * Utilize PHP, JQuery / JavaScript and MySQL technologies to build robust and scalable solutions.
          * Work closely with the dev team to understand project requirements and contribute to the overall software development lifecycle.
          * Assist in the creation of database structures, queries, and optimization to ensure optimal performance.
          * Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new application features.
          * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance skillset and contribute to the team's innovation.

Qualifications:

          * Demonstrated full-stack (DB->UI) technical understanding (github / code review)
          * Willingness to help maintain existing technologies
          * Prefer bachelor's degree in Computer Science but will consider demonstrateable experience
          * Strong foundational level understanding of web development technologies, including procedural PHP, jQuery / JavaScript, and MySQL.
          * Familiarity with mobile Application Development for Android (Java) and iOS platforms (swift), or other non-native framework is a Plus but not required.
          * Passion for learning and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
          * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
          * Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic startup environment with a focus on creating solutions for first responders.
